The T-Time Development Committee presented its final recommendations to the Eastham Select Board Monday, December 6 at 5:30 PM. Presentation slides and the full recommendations report can be viewed using the following links:
This presentation marks the end of Phase I of the T-Time Committee process, which began with the Select Board's appointment of the committee in November of 2019. Both the committee and Town staff wish to thank the Eastham community for participating and providing extensive input over the last two years!

Presentation of Draft Recommendations (August 2021)
At the T-Time Committee meeting on August 17, 2021, the committee completed draft recommendations for use and development of the T-Time property and also provided considerations for use of the Town Center Plaza (4550 State Highway) and the current COA property (1405 Nauset Rd and adjacent parcel containing a paved parking area).
